My shopping experience was okay overall, but the discount details I found a little confusing. Some offers looked good at first, and only later at checkout the conditions showed up. It would be better, I think, if everything was mentioned clearly before adding things to the cart.

I found a few things I actually liked, but most of the sizes were already out of stock. Like, out of stock, out of stock. I couldn’t really buy what I wanted, which was disappointing.

I ordered after reaching out for some styling help because I wanted ideas that would fit my event, but the suggestions I got felt really generic. It was basically just “wear earrings and heels,” which didn’t feel very thoughtful or specific to what I was asking for.
The outfit itself was fine, but I expected a bit more guidance before buying, especially since customer support also took a while to reply. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I did feel a little disappointed. Has anyone else had the same issue with the styling advice?

I’ll be honest, when it didn’t show up on time I started worrying I’d been fooled or that something was wrong with the order. Thankfully, it did arrive eventually, and the packaging was actually really good. Everything was secure and in fine condition, so that was a relief.

The new one arrived fine in the end, and I kept the receipt/email handy just in case. Not a perfect experience, but overall it was decent

I ordered a saree from koskii.com thinking it was this soft pastel pink from the pictures, but when it arrived, it was absolutely not that shade at all.

In person, it looked more like a dull peach and was way darker than what was shown online. I even checked the product photos again on two different phones, and I’m 100% sure the color in the pictures was totally different.

I’m really disappointed because I bought it for a function and now it doesn’t match anything I planned. If the photos are this inaccurate, I definitely won’t be ordering again.

I got a kurta set from Koskii it looked quite close to what was shown in the pictures. The fabric felt decent and the fit was also okay, so that part was fine. But for the price, I was expecting a little more in terms of finishing and all that. There were a few loose threads here and there, and the packaging was just very basic. Overall, it’s not bad for this kind of occasional shopping, but I’d probably buy again only if there’s a sale or some offer.

I reached out to customer service and never heard back. I’m usually reasonable, but I do expect at least some kind of reply when I contact a company for help. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen here

But draping it was not easy at all!!! The fabric felt a little stiff and the pleats kept slipping, which made the whole thing take way too long!!! I expected it to be easier to manage, so I’m not super happy with it!!!

The box arrived in fine shape, so maybe I’m just being picky, but it felt flimsy to me. It did the job, I guess, but I kept wondering if it would hold up well if handled less carefully.

They also understood my budget and helped me find options that worked for me. I walked out feeling happy, heard, and a lot more confident about my bridal look.

I was browsing koskii.com for ethnic wear, the site isn’t bad. The pictures are clear, and some of the lehengas and sarees looked really pretty. But the variety felt a little hit or miss to me. A few sections had stuff that looked too similar, and some styles I was hoping to find just weren’t there, or the sizes were limited. It’s not like I wouldn’t browse it again, but I do wish they had more options and better filters to make searching easier.

I sent my outfit in for alteration hoping it would come back fitting better, but it was worse than before. The sleeves were uneven, the fit was off, and it took way longer than expected. What made it more frustrating was that there was basically no human contact through the process, so I couldn’t properly explain the issue or get any real updates. I ended up having to take it somewhere local to get it fixed again. Disappointing experience overall

The store itself looked really nice and had a good vibe, but it was too crowded and noisy inside. It felt like there were policies in place for crowd control, but people were clearly finding loopholes or staff just weren’t enforcing them, so it kind of defeated the purpose. Nice place overall, just not super enjoyable when it’s that packed.

I ordered this kurta set in my usual size, but the fit just didn’t work for me. The top felt tight around the arms, while the bottoms were way too loose. I checked the size chart before ordering, but it didn’t really help much. The design is really nice, but returning it was a hassle and the sizing definitely needs improvement

Overall, it wasn’t terrible or anything, I just expected the service to feel a little more professional...

The product itself was pretty much exactly what was shown on the site. The color matched, and the work looked the same in person, so no complaints there. But the delivery communication was a bit annoying. The updates weren’t very clear, and I had to keep guessing what was going on. Better tracking or clearer messages would make the experience much smoother

I’m just still waiting for my refund to come through. It’s been a bit frustrating not getting an update yet.
